CroatiaWonderful experience 10/10! The best hotel I've even been to. I recommend this hotel to everyone if you want to rest and have the best vacation in Dubai. Staff are polite, kind and always helpful. Reception staff is wonderful.
Hotel has the best food, the buffet offers different dinners everyday and that's the experience that you will never find somewhere else. In this hotel we tried Asian, Indian, Arabian food etc. Food is always hot and fresh. For breakfast they also have meny varieties. So I highly recommend to book hotel with breakfast and dinner included, you will not regret!!
Servis is on the highest level. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable also so quiet.
There's also a rooftop swimming pool and a gym. Hotel offers free shuttle bus services to Dubai mall and Kite beach and that helped us a lot.
I enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel and highly recommend!

My stay at the Novotel hotel was generally satisfactory. The receptionist, an Egyptian gentleman whose name I regrettably cannot recall, was exceptionally helpful and efficient. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. Firstly, slippers were not provided in the room, which was a slight inconvenience. Secondly, the hot water was not available in the morning when I attempted to shower.

I and my family had a pleasant stay at Novotel, Deira. The room, swimming pool, the staff - were all good and we had a nice time interacting with them. Our family being a vegetarian, our recommendation is that Novotel adds more vegetarian food options, as we had only one veg breakfast option each day during our week long stay.
Novotel is located at a quite location with close proximity to the City Center mall, which was great. I can recommend Novotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

The staff are super helpful, I really liked staying here in Novotel. And if you have kids it will be the perfect location since everything just around so near.
