Always good to come home to a room that is clean and fresh. The view of the Brisbane skyline from our room was so special !

Nothing but what I didn't like that was that I booked it and it automatically skipped my date ahead one day and me and my 7-year-old daughter had to find somewhere else to stay at 10 o'clock at night after traveling for five hours and no one would give me a refund so by the end of the night costed me over a thousand dollars will never stay at Novotel ever again very poor

I liked that there were many food options and how they gave consideration to many dietary requirements. The ameties and activities for kids entertainment was excellent. We go on holiday to destress and reenergise and our stay at Novotel definitely gave us that 👍

The whole experience of Novotel was outstanding, My husband and I chose there for our honeymoon and they were so sweet, we even got a congratulations card with chocolate covered strawberries.
It's close to everything you need and want and a short walk to the beach, the staff were so polite and the breakfast buffet was great, their omelettes were so tasty and the scones with jam and cream, oh god I'll be thinking about them for weeks.
Overall probably our best experience with any hotel we've stayed at.

Quality as expected for a Novotel. Room appeared recently renovated. The room was spotless and toiletries and tea making refilled daily. In many hotels you are expected to use the same consumerables for days unless specifically asked. This hotel certainly understands the traveller. As i was staying for a couple of days i had a room in a quiet corner. This was apprecieated. Plenty of basement parking is available.
