Very comfortable, feels like living in a japanese suburban home rather than a hotel. You are right next to an elementary school and hear the bells every morning, it it's early spring you can enjoy the sakura trees blossoming. A lot of great restaurants are 10 minute walk away and the train ride to the city is about 1.5 hours. When you want to have some fun.
