The resort is an older building, but spacious. Large clean and very comfortable rooms. Kind of customer oriented rather being profit oriented. There are much free selections available to all. The staff is great too. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location with amazing views of lake Biwa. Food was outstanding, especially dinner. Lovely onsen with the lake view. Hospitable staff speaking good English. Will stay again in a heartbeat, thank you!

The indoor bathtub is very nice. Parking area is spacious. Air-conditioner is good. Comfortable house overall. Adequate equipment for cooking (hard to find resturant nearby for dinner. You either bring something to cook or prepare to drive in the dark to find a place to eat!)
