Properties with Onsen in Toba

Wonderful location viewing a beautiful scenic. Mountains, sea excellent services by a staff and the g Food amazing!

I really like this place. The female owner has an inquisitive mind, a warm personality, and a kind heart. Her English is good enough to communicate and ask for help. The sauna and the private onsen in the room are top-notch. I did not check the public onsen with natural hot spring, but heard it's amazing too. I booked the 5th floor with an ocean view, and the private onsen experience during starry night and the set rise were indeed amazing! The hotel itself is located in a remote little cute fish town called osatsucho, where you can find fishmen and women harvesting and selling the Ise lobsters in the morning by the port. It was a very unique and interesting experience to stay in that little town for two days during the winter when it was not crowded at all. The nearest convenience store is 10 + miles away. It was a very natural, grounding, even retreat-like experience to me, and it was drastically different from my experience in Tokyo, Nayoga, or Osaka. I did spot a few demolished houses with broken windows in the town, not sure if it's because of COVID or during the winter when there were fewer tourists. The big plus is the Shinmei shrine next door to the hotel, which is a very calming and spiritual place to visit and stay for a bit too.

The room was a big and beautiful Japanese-style one. There are also tea sets and a fridge. The view on the ocean is spectacular, especially for sunrise. The beach is literally at the foot of the hotel. If you want a quiet getaway by the ocean, this is the place. There is also a Sento, a restaurant (reservation required), a karaoke room, arcades and a small convenience store. Bus stop nearby if you need to go to Toba or to a train station. The hotel offers shuttle service, though. The staff is also very nice.

Beautiful views and kind staff. We only stayed for one night with dinner and breakfast included. I wish we could have stayed longer. Kamenoi Hotel will be my at the top of my list next time we visit Ise and Toba.

The property itself is so beautiful. Interior of lobby is nice. Onsen is good. Breakfast is so delicious. The staff is so attentive and well trained from front to waitera d driver.

The food is nice and the staff are very friendly and nice. The view from the room is fantastic and the open air onsen was also fantastic with a good sea view.

Breakfast is correct in term of dishes proposed. The quality of the food is good but not exceptional. Quantity is OK as it is possible to go several times to the buffet The breakfast room is overlooking the bay and it is a nice way to start the day. Good location, nice view and, correct food make a satisfied customer...

They got transportation to and from Toba Train station. (Reservation needed) Great View of the ocean and sunrise from the room.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The food is luxurious, delicious and the quantity can stun the biggest eaters. But most of all, the hospitality of the staff is over the roof, absolutely exceptional service and kindness, words can't express how much we have been taken care of. Really grateful for all the kindness.
