The house keeping and reception and in resort transportation and car parking people all doing well and stunning. The stay was comfortable.

The staff is professional, the rooms are extremely comfortable and clean… The view from the balcony is amazing

Everything was absolutely perfect.

I liked the speed of reception, beautiful treatment and hospitality, the hotel location is great and very clean, but the room did not have enough water with sufficient hospitality, although it was upgraded to a suite. I imagined everything that is comfortable for three people.

I like how the staff dealing with me especially Mr Zahid the security Manager he is so friendly when i forget My lab top and other important things he keep them save dor me call me waiting for me and also he invite me to take coffe really he is very gentleman and professional at his work. This was our 2nd time staying at the Rixos Bab al Bahr. Absolutely love this place. Amazing food (with lots of different options), super friendly staff and top facilities and activities for the entire family. We will most certainly be coming back again.

Location … nostalgia… this is one of the oldest and most beautiful property in Ras al Khaimah … grew up seeing it and always longed to stay at the property when I was a kid.. I learned swimming at this hotel when I was a kid and when I used to live in Ras Al Khaimah … one of the most reputed hotel those days and was happy to see that they maintain their standard and prestige to date ..

The stay at Jannah Hotel was amazing ... The apartment was clean and tidy ... room service was amazing ... We only didn't like the varieties of the breakfast buffet ... but the food quality was good ... the private beach was beautiful ... one of the best we have ever experienced ... crystal clear and calm sea ... white and clean sand ... umbrella, seats, towels, and water ... air-conditioned full-serviced changing rooms and toilets ... shuttle between the hotel to the beach ... all at no extra charge

Very comfortable and specially the Tunisian girl Rihab and her manager Devender the food there is also delicious and everything is very clean I rate 10/10

Kudos to our Front Office specially the two receptionist fillipino and Algerian they was so supportive, Vidya and Housekeeping manager Raj for their professionalism, dedication, and outstanding service. They truly elevate the guest experience and are invaluable to our property.

The Reception was AMAZING! All staff were very polite, professional, and so helpful and responsive during my stay. I upgraded to a villa which was so very worth it. The restaurant had amazing food and there was no need to even go out to eat. So convenient as it is right across from a supermarket too, and a few restaurants and a wine/spirit shop. No issues with parking felt very safe traveling alone and liked the new experience of trying away from Dubai city life. The villas are very clean and well maintained. The private pool was a plus. Beds were very comfortable and liked the door keypad for entry verses a key, makes it so much easier. The place looks so nice lit up at night. I look forward to returning.

Honestly, the first impression was… no way I’m staying here. But after entering the unit, it was really amazing. What the owner has done with the unit is next level. Super comfortable, spacious and clean. We were going for a morning hike and it was a perfect crash pad.
