The room was spacious and the beds were large and comfortable.There were plenty of towels and an extra blanket. The location was excellent and easy to find. Overall it was an excellent overnight stay.

This is a great space for famillies or multiple famillies to enjoy Phillip Island. The location is excellent, private but accessible, easy to locate and close to everything. It was comfortable and spacious with really great linen on the beds. Comfortable beds and pillows too!! New and clean and well stocked kitchen. So close to the Penguin Parade- was perfect location for our night time event there. The property is accessible as well, we were travelling with grandparents and appreciated the easy access. (This review says we were a solo traveller but we were a family with teenagers and grandparents- which accomodated us so well).
