Staffs are really thoughtful, I am new here to Australia, and the staffs helped me a lot. Room has an warm atmosphere, gave me a excellent experience after my landing in Canberra. The location of the hotel is extraordinary, quite a safe and quiet block.

Great location! Rooms were quiet and had everything you need! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Can even hire bikes to ride around for the day. Would definitely stay again!

We were greeted very warmly on arrival. We always stay at the Grand Manor when we need to. The rooms are fabulous. Very comfortable bed.

The suite was a very good size and the kitchen area was excellent.

Great sized room, with comfy beds and a nice modern and clean bathroom with very high pressure shower. Always great customer service here, and they go the extra mile with a Nespresso Machine and complimentary pods; Foxtel and EV Chargers. We have stayed here once before about 6 months ago for one night, this time we stayed for 2 nights and we will stay again. They understand customer service and are a pleasure to deal with.

This is a good place to stay if you are just passing through - very reasonable price!

Second time staying here for a work trip and I can’t fault the location and cleanliness! Comfortable beds, spacious for a motel room, friendly staff, excellent value. I will definitely choose this place again when visiting/working in Queanbeyan.

Wonderful location,very clean and very pleasant place for a stay with your family and mates,we were group of 5 families and friends stayed overnight on a weekend.Everyone of us loved and enjoyed the stay. Would highly recommend this Canberra Ave Villas.

The house was spotless and kindly cleaned by Ernie. Close to everything, shops, restaurants and everywhere we needed to go in the area.
