This brand new self-contained one bedroom unit is a part of a new house in Googong NSW. It has a separate entrance and its own bathroom, kitchen and living area. It provides almost everything you need for a short-term stay. It is ideal for short-term workers and visitors to Canberra. About 20 minutes drive to Canberra airport and inner south CBD. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants, gym and swimming pool.

This is a newly developed area since 2012 and continue developing. It has some local shops and restaurants. It takes about 10 minutes drive to Queanbeyan CBD area, and 20 minutes to Canberra inner south area, such as Fyshwick, Kingston and Manuka area with lots of pubs and restaurants, and about 30 minutes to Canberra centre or airport.
