I first want to give a shot out to Mr. Clyde, he attended all our needs, he was professional but like the nice uncle in the family lol. He made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. All the staff were great, the room was clean and spacious, and the location was excellent, right across Junkanoo Beach. We were like a 10 minute walk from the Down Town.

Clean, beautiful, lots of activities

Loved how warm and friendly the staff were💜 The hotel catered for vegetarians💚 There were a wide variety of dishes. The staff went above and beyond in making myself and my son very comfortable. Enjoyed that heated pool!!! Love how the hotel is also beach front. Its worth it. The other hotels are extremely expensive and this hotel was everthing we wanted. I will definitely recommend this place❤️❤️❤️

Perfect location and very friendly staff!! Definitely worth a second visit. Got a free room upgrade as it was my mom’s birthday. She had an AMAZING time and it was the highlight of our multi-country vacation.

Loved the swimming facilities - spent most our time pool side or in the lazy river.

The front desk where for patient even though I had a very late arrival checking was a breeze. They answered my 1am call. Judy and Samantha are a great team.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic

Great proximity to the airport. We were in Nassau for a layover. It was the perfect place to stay. Beautiful views, swimming pool and the ocean was directly across the road! Loved that we could eat at the property!The food was great, rooms were spacious and clean. Everyone was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

It’s the cleanest accommodation found in Nassau outside Atlantis. The floors are squeaky clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean with good water pressure, the space in the living room and the porch are comfortable. Our group checked in separately and we had a nice space to chat, eat, and play card games in the living room in the evening. The owners are the nicest people you would meet in Nassau, very accommodating, and they ensure you have a nice stay. They toured us around the city in their jeeps. It was a nice experience.

Hillcrest is was walking distance to downtown. The property was spacious, and O’Neil was great!

What a wonderful reprieve from “the Bahamas”. Came for a girls long weekend and wanted to avoid rambunctious kids and water parks at all costs. Could not have found a better hotel for relaxing. The restaurant is of course phenomenal (be prepared to pay for the quality though). Graycliff also boasts the third largest wine cellar in the world - definitely worth grabbing a tour of you can. The evening live music is beautiful and well worth silly-dallying for.

Walking distance to must see attractions

Everything at The Reef was perfect. It's not cheap but the place is worth it. The staff are friendly and professional, from the bus boys to the check-in/reception desk people, to the wait staff, pool staff, porters, etc. The location is gorgeous, away from the hustle and bustle of the casino area. Beach is immaculate, well serviced with chairs, day-beds, etc. Room was spacious with a full kitchenette stocked with coffeemaker, kettle, microwave, hob, ware, glasses, mugs, etc. Huge bathroom with tub and shower. All pristine.
