ChinaAWWW all the staff was so nice in this Hotel. We bring our two dogs and we stay in this hotel for a week. They were so friendly with our dogs and gave them treats! Before we arrived, the staff prepared dog treats, dog bowls, and dog beds for us in the room! The room is so clean and tidy, the location is wonderful and convenient and the view is perfect from the room. We can't wait back to this hotel next year!!!

Great quiet location within walking distance of shopping, a variety of restaurants and pubs. Started each morning with a fresh pot of coffee. Options for a lite breakfast were available with options for a more substantial breakfast just a couple of blocks away. Given the limited parking in the area, having access to free parking near the quest house was a bonus. While the temperatures were fairly mild, we did have to use the AC once to cool the room down at the end of the day.

While not an “airport” hotel, the property was located relatively close to the airport which is what we needed this trip.
Having Eastside Mario Italian restaurant connected to the hotel was a treat. I suspect it would get tiring if you had a long stay but for an overnighter, we didn’t need to go out.
While we didn’t request it, we had a door to the parking lot which made loading and unloading baggage easier.

Excellent room and hotel location. Friendly, happy, and helpful staff. Great place to stay. All day availability of juices and yogurt as well as tea and coffee was much appreciated. Free parking.

Liked the room,it was cozy and comfortable,but the view was a dirty parking lot
The jacuzzi jets did not work in the tub
When I spoke to the 2 receptionist at check out ,comment from one was ,that's to bad,do you want your receipt.
