The check-in is very flexible as they have people 24/24h in the reception. The room is very spacious and very clean. Furthermore the staff was very friendly and it was very easy to arrive departing from Zurich.

The suburban/semi-rural location was perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the bank & coffee shop and a 15-minute bus ride into town. All staff members — from the gardener to the highest level of hotel staff — were very welcoming & helpful.

The stuffs were really good and friendly. The room was big enough and also clean. The breakfast was fresh. Planty of parking for the car. Nevertheless, I really liked the hotel and recommend.

My first (business trip) visit at the BBB was a very pleasant stay. A slight walk up the hill from the train station, BBB is situated in a serene and peaceful residential area. The host Reto is a cheerful and very friendly person who makes you feel welcome and at home. We had some great conversations and good laughs. Although the rooms are relatively small, they are in excellent condition and great for a solo traveler. E-bikes were included in the room rate, so on my day off I ventured in and around Olten on a cycle trip. I will definitely book at the BBB again in the future.

Great location, clean, big space

It had everything I needed for a week's stay. Even though on a busy street, the flat was overlooking the backside courtyard and was silent.

The apartment location was close to the train station. This made it easy to access public transport and explore Switzerland. Hosts were very accommodating and attentive.

The location was excellent. Each night we crossed the covered bridge and strolled through old town. The staff was very helpful. Everyone’s English was excellent. The morning breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the coupon for discounted parking. The sound proofing was excellent. If our windows were open we could hear the trains. I even liked that sound! Our friend asked for ice and they brought her an entire mini fridge!

Everything was quite good. Good facility with everything needed for a short stay.
