KuwaitWe’re a family of 3 and We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was cozy and superb in every aspect. the staff were very kind and welcoming. the room was big enough and clean, not to mention the beautiful view of lake Zürich from the balcony.

The hotel provided us everything we need for our child to make us comfortable
I would definitely recommend staying at Alex Lake hotel.
For me, Alex Lake will be my first choice whenever i am visiting Zürich again

AustraliaThis hotel is located just on the edge of Old Town but it is within walking distance to the train station. It is also within walking distance to Old Town or the river etc. The rooms my friend and I stayed in were in the annex and they were very spacious. The bathrooms were also large and everything was very clean. All the staff we had dealings with were friendly and professional. Although we did not use it, there seems to be ample parking available. If I were to go to Zurich in the future, I would stay again.

IndiaWe loved the location, which is just a 5 minute walk away from a train station and bus stop. Supermarket is 2 mins walk away. The apartment was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and there are facilities to do laundry as well. Everything was perfect :)

United StatesWhat a wonderful place to stay! We were greeted with a warm smile and a handshake to everyone in our group. Our two rooms were thoughtfully rearranged so that they were next to each other. There were too many extras to even mention; nightlight in the bathroom, robe and slippers, umbrella in the closet, refrigerator, microwave, and accessories, etc. and when we were checking out, the whole staff/family came and said goodbye. I love these people!

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Good breakfast, it was so nice sitting outside on the terrace in the morning. Friendly staff. Parking in the building.
Perfect location with the train station across the street and the boat pier 5 minutes away.

Easy access by train to Zurich old town centre and ferry. On-site free undercover parking. Fabulous, smiley staff - so very helpful and obliging from providing tourist information to accommodating any requests we had along the way. Enjoyed their delightful full buffet breakfasts on a sunny light-filled dining room and terrace overlooking the lake! Will definitely stay again!
