I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment. Everything exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. Everything - by the way, this is the 1st time when the photos do not correspond to the reality - it was better. The place has a special atmosphere you can feel only life. You have all you need for your stay, including small kitchen with salt and pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, appliances etc. Plus a hairdryer, AC but also a second heater. You also have a small courtyard in front where you coffee Lots of cats around:) The village is charming

The location is the best in the Troodos region. The hotel itself is very well maintained - it feels like it was just built. The facilities were amazing - especially the spa area. Since we came in winter time we didn’t experience the pool but it also looked nice and inviting. The service was above great - the staff was kind, helped us plan the trip and asked as constantly if they can do anything to make our stay the best possible. Spacial thanks to Jenifer which was so kind and helped us a lot!

The property was beautiful and peaceful. Very modern and well maintained room with a very comfy bed and lovely view from the balcony. The breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect. everything was great, the house has a lot of facilities, hot tub and projector are 100% covered from the rain which we were a bit worried about. bed was very comfortable as well. it was 100% great. Koula was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed dueing the check in.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Maria's Apartments. I was a bit concerned about the access to the apartment by car, as I had read some comments saying it was hard to find. However, we received clear instructions from Mrs. Maria, and if you follow them, the apartment is not difficult to locate. We were very happy with the private parking in the courtyard, as it meant we didn’t have to carry our suitcases from a public parking lot. This is very convenient in a town like Omodos. The apartment was very clean, and Mrs. Maria had kindly left water, wine, and some chocolate for the children in the fridge. In front of the apartment, there is a terrace with a table where we enjoyed playing board games in the evening.
