We stayed one night at this beautiful five-star hotel and are absolutely delighted. From the moment of arrival, we were welcomed very warmly and hospitably. Even though we didn't arrive until 9:30 PM, we could still enjoy a delicious meal, which we appreciated enormously. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and radiates luxury and atmosphere. Our room wasn't very large, but it was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and equipped with every amenity. The wellness facilities are absolutely a highlight. A stunning indoor and outdoor pool, a relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of comfortable loungers to fully unwind. Breakfast was also excellent. Very extensive, high quality, and with a wide choice of fresh products. The ladies who took care of breakfast were exceptionally hospitable and attentive, which made our stay even more special. In short. A beautiful hotel where hospitality, comfort, and quality come together perfectly. We'd love to come back!

A great touring hotel if traveling in a group on motorbikes towards Black Forest as we were .1st impressions were ‘ this is not safe. ‘ However we were offered a garage for motorbikes and despite being basically a motorway service hotel , it was perfect . 25% discount on food and drink in shops as well . Just watch what time food stopped serving as we got caught out as restaurant stopped at 6pm for some reason , so we had to eat MCDonalds fast food (and remain hungry ). But beer made up for it . Seriously , this is ok a a transit hotel .

The staff was very nice and welcoming, especially the evening staff. The room was a very nice size for our family with plenty of room in the bathroom as well. Beautiful vineyard views and nice variety for breakfast. We enjoyed the dinner as well.

Great hotel on a great location near the city centre and straight next to the Caracalla Thermen. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plenty and delicious. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. I opted for the breakfast, and it was excellent.

Perfect hotel, if you ask me, 10/10. Cleanliness, comfort, staff. No signes of wear & tear whatsoever anywhere. Touching details like net in the window protecting from insects or the most soft towels I’ve ever had in any hotel. I came to watch a ballet show so location is the most perfect for me too as it’s across the street from the opera house.

Friendly staff, great location, yummy breakfast. It felt like a local "mom and pop" hotel and was very comfortable and clean. It felt like being welcomed into someone's home.

Perfect very quiet location, comfy beds and very clean.

Everything was great! I mean, it's stocked with absolutely everything you need. The location is exellent for relaxation after days of excursion, trips and walkings. The Caracala Therme and Friedrichsbad is in the 1 min. walking from apartment!!! No need to thing about weather when you go home after it. I.e., no need to walk long time in a rain. The Vincentigarage is near - 2 min. walk from apartment. The beds don't creak, the mattresses and pillows are perfect for a good night's sleep, and the bed linens are clean and smell nice. Besides everything what was in the apartment, We asked and Alex sent an additional clothes dryer immediately, without delays. Alex was very helpful an frendly. We had a wonderful time here, and Alex deserves from us a some of the credit for that. 😃😃😃 Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏. Good luck and success in your business.
