The location was amazing. Very quiet. There were a lot of animals (cats and a hedgehog) when we looked out our window, which was so cute and fun to look at. The staff was also really nice. There were vending machines with anything you would like. Even an ice cream machine! Unbelievable. We really enjoyed our stay!

breakfast was excellent,enough variation. Room spacious for an standard room,clean and modern bathroom with excellent walk in shower! Good isolated concerning noise. DISTANCe to the metro only 400 mtrs, just 1 stop to the ALLIANZ ARENA. Good fitness facilities Friendly personal staff!!

Good location to get on the S1 to go to the airport

I follow a clean diet, so I really appreciated the healthy breakfast options (peppers, avocado, eggs, fruit, etc.). The room stayed nice and dark in the morning thanks to the curtains, and it was very quiet. Combined with a comfortable bed, this made for a great night’s sleep. The staff at the entrance were extremely friendly and welcoming upon arrival, and the woman who manages the breakfast was warm, attentive, and a pleasure to interact with. I would stay here again without hesitation.

I had accidentally booked our room for the wrong date ( and there was a NO cancellation policy on my reservation) BUT the front desk receptionist took great time to help change our stay to the correct date without any any extra funds. VERY grateful for that help: we were some very tired travelers! Thank you!

Great location to stay if you need to be at the same place for work for a longer period of time. Having a kitchen allows you to take care of breakfast and dinner yourself.

Funky unique space, very roomy

First of all, we liked the owner's hospitality very much. Our host did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We were even allowed to check-in way before official check-in time, so we could enjoy our stay longer then anticipated. The appartement itself is very well equiped, with snacks and coffee/thee for free. The beds are comfortable, the tv offers lots of channels. Location wise it is perfect. Walking distance from the S-Bahn that takes you to the central station of Munich within half hour, private and reserved parking place. the sound of the train passing by is hardly heard, even with the balcony doors opened. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay. Thaks Kay!
