Everything was great specially for transit, free shuttle buses from and to the airport, friendly staff, comfy room with everything needed (slippers, dental kit,etc..), great selection of breakfast.

The staff at AC Marriott was exceptionally helpful. I felt cared for in ways that were comforting while traveling. They exceeded my expectations and will definitely be staying there when traveling from Madrid. The airport shuttle was absolutely a benefit.

Excellent customer service. We called the hotel and the driver arrived in only 10 minutes to pick us up. The room was very clean and spacious. The receptionist very helpful and attentive. The driver too was very kind with good knowledge of the English languge. Plus GREAT breakfast.

I was surprised that they offer FREE airport pick up and transfer. I appreciated it very much. Location is about 15 minute drive away from Madrid Barajas Airport. They have luggage safe keeping; very convenient for me when I already segregated my clothes to be used in Madrid in my carryon, so when the driver asked me if I would like to store my luggage, I said yes without the need to bring my luggage inside my room as they have luggage safe keeping at the ground floor near the street. Room was basic with ensuite toilet and shower. Clean and with airconditioning unit.

This was a very comfortable apartment, clean and well equipped, with good air conditions which was welcome in very hot weather.

Perfect value for money. Proximity to the airport is as good as it gets (one subway station, directly from the airport terminals) plus a couple of blocks’ walk). The place itself is wonderful; perfectly clean, spacious, aircon, internet.

Warm welcome when checking in ; very comfortable beds in a cozy clean room with ample hot water and very good water pressure in the shower. For those with mobility issues: good safe ramp to entrance and elevator. Lots of cafe’s and restaurants at the square some 30 meters away. 25 minute, 1.6km easy walk from terminal 1. Closer and shorter walk for those at terminal 2 or 3.

Easy check in and checkout. Ideal location close to airport, bus and metro stop. Well maintained; has two bathrooms ideal for family.

The front desk staff was super nice and friendly. They were very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags after check-out for few hours.

Vicente's place was so well stocked! He has thought of everything. The location was so convenient and close to the airport and felt very safe. Also within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Vicente was a great host! Would definitely stay again!
