Location, the staff, and they had room available to securely store our tandem bicycle.

Staff was friendly. Rooms clean and the pool was a bonus. Dinner was very good as well close to train for my travel the following day.

Hotel exceeded our expecations. It is cheap but very very comfortable. We came with baby and recepcioner gave us extra big room with no additional cost. Hotel has quite big private parking FREE.

Very central location, cozy rooms, helpful staff and very convenient dining options at the hotel’s restaurant. Booked very last minute and the owner was very accommodating, will definitely come back.

The hotel was excellent for our stay in Avignon. It was just a few minutes walk to the historic center, rooms were spacious and clean and breakfast was more than sufficient. But I have to say that what made the experience here memorable was the staff. Everyone was accommodating and eager to assist us in our needs. Our special thanks to Alicia, who not only kept us posted on our booking as we were running late for check-in, for making our check-in process smooth and seamless, and for the special assistance on ticket bookings for our next stop. Truly a great experience!

The hotel is very well located, 8-10 min walking from the main bus and train station. Entrance to the walled city is almost in front of the hotel. Hotel rooms are quite small. We had sockets next to the beds. Beds are super-comfy and rooms are cleaned daily. They have high quality food for breakfast and croissants were better than anywhere outside. There is terrace with trees (exactly as seen on the photos) and indoor sitting area as well. AC was working perfectly. Staff was excellent as well.

The apartment was spacious. It was very clean. The location is convenient. The host was welcoming , generous and flexible.

This is a great apartment, the one that makes you feel at home. Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, right in the center of the city, from the window you got a beautiful view of the church and palace. The kitchen was well equipped. We were able to make a Christmas dinner with the fresh produce from the indoor market. Parking was a few blocks away in another building. This was not a problem at all given how difficult and expensive it was to find a parking space in the old city center. We pre-walked the route to the parking garage on Google Map before arrival based on the instructions provided by the host. It turned out there were several different streets connected into a slightly zig zagged straight line that led to the garage. There was also a metal pole that stopped cars from getting on a street. You had to call the operator from a device next to the pole and the operator lowered the pole to let us get on the street. Quite an interesting experience. Once the car was parked, we walked everywhere in the city and had a great time.

The location was beside a square with a nice restaurant, and a three minute walk to a second square with more restaurants and a bakery. Less than five minutes walk to the palace. It was simple an exceptional location, and the apartment itself was spacious, with deep history and wonderful, wonderful hosts.
