Wonderful views, friendly staff, plenty of parking, good breakfast buffet

The staff was super friendly, the hamam was lovely and the room was adorable.

The staff was accomodating of me and my little dog--they even provided a metal bowl and a dog bed! The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. It was very quiet, so the sound insulation was good between rooms.

Simply amazing, even though we were early our room was ready and they let us check in. Great location close to many restaurants and shops. We stayed there during Christmas time and the Christmas Market was a 5 minute walk away. Will book again for sure

I always try to stay at Novotel no matter where I go in the world, because I've never yet had a grumpy staff member. They are always absolutely lovely and this is what's most important to me. And that it has 24 hour front desk. And I know the quality will be awesome. And I always feel safe. Also, because most always have the Creme Brulee on their menu which we LOVE!! Thank you Novotel.

Key gathering easy. Good value for money. Nice environment if you are driving towards the mountains or country side.

Perfect stay for a couple. Very cozy studio with all the amenities that you need. The neighborhood is also pretty nice and Annecy is only 10mins away by car. Would definitely consider booking again if traveling around the area.

The location of the house is brilliant, the studio is right below the main house and has all the basic facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. What impresses me the most was how “cool” it is in the studio, temperature wise. It’s got a big comfortable couch and plenty of space, very well lit with great privacy, and the massage chair in the room is an extra bonus for sure!

Everything was great but Bruno & Dani’s hospitality was absolutely the best- They made my first ever trip to Annecy one of the best experiences ever. I feel so lucky that I was able to meet such caring and sweet hosts like Bruno & Dani :) If I ever plan on visiting Annecy again, I’ll definitely go back to their place! I highly recommend!

Lovely spot to walk to the beach and enjoyed wine, cheese and bread on the patio. Breakfast included in the room was such a nice touch.

Excellent stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, fully equipped, secure, and well organized. Located in a quiet new building only around 10 minutes from Annecy. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were very clear. Olivier & Alexis were very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. We would gladly stay again in the future.
