Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable.

Great food, both at dinner and breakfast. Home made mini Eccles cakes instead of biscuits on the tea tray in the room made us smile, and they were yummy! Staff were great too. And a very dog-friendly place.

All the staff were very friendly, room was spacious with everything you need and I was especially happy that the heating was still on when so many other hotels already turned it off. :) There was also a great coffee shop nearby!

A very relaxing place to be. Small quiet site. Clean well equipped place and very comfortable bed. Surrounded by nature and wonderful views. Hosts Linda and Mark were very helpful. Definitely would recommend it.

Beautiful place - perfect setting for the wedding

The facilities are excellent, clean, comfortable and I was travelling with my service dog so they provided treats, a bed and bowls for her. Beautiful views of the Ribble Valley and the whole hotel was decorated nicely and comfortable.

Wonderful rural setting. Good food. Quiet nights. The Tolkien Trail is a wonderful walk. Free EV charging!!

Location is beautiful, staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for guests. I had to leave early so they put togehter a very generous packed breakfast for me.

Honestly, this place was amazing in every way. It truly did exceed expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, had wonderful amenities, and the location was spectacular. If we lived closer, we would absolutely go back.

Really good location and although small the accommodation has everything we needed for a short stay. We ate at the French restaurant across the road and also used the bakery nearby for breakfast. Everything was clean.

We had to contact Daryl about a couple of questions on the day we were due to check in and he was patient and accommodating, quick to respond. House was perfect, just what we wanted.

Location is great for shops, bars and restaurants. Nice walks from the front door. Lovely place for a weekend away. Nice property, very comfortable.
