Comfort of the room & the use of the spa , also how well run the hotel was on a busy day when they was understaffed Top marks all the way

Comfortable Hotel. i really enjoyed my stay. Looking forward to booking it again in the nearest furture.

The staff were polite, nothing was too much.

The food and staff were excellent, the room was lovely and clean and a nice big shower with great water pressure

I was a bit sceptical when I first booked but was pleasantly surprised, clean quaint room with a view of the thames

Great location for our yearly IKEA and lakeside shop. Great price, comfortable, easy check in, lovely food. The whole experience was A*

1)We loved the English breakfast a lot 2)the waiters were so extremely kind and especially the Scottish front desk man employee was so very kind and generous he helped us carry our luggage upstairs to our room 3) the lady employee was so very kind she gave us so much coffee n tea packets too and another employee was kind enough to provide us information to get a better deal if we want to come back to stay for a month or so in the future.

Plenty of parking. Well laid out dining area. Good well appointed bedroom.

Location fantastic place to stay

Super stay. Wonderful friendly hosts. Its 20 minutes walk from Dartford station with easy connections to Elizabeth Line. Exceptional value for money. I wanted for nothing. List of all the local eateries supplied with a map. Highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the amazing cooked breakfast. Set me up for the day.

Convenient location, close to the train station and town.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to shops, grocery, Dartford train while also quiet and peaceful.
