United KingdomOne of the best BnBs I've ever been to: fantastic location (just a few steps to the Botany Bay beach), amazing hosts Barry and Aye: very helpful, responsive, truly hospitable; the room was perfect: everything was new and spotless clean and fresh, comfy big bed, spacious shower, lots of thoughtful details and artsy touches. There was plenty of parking space outside. Our spaniel was welcome there as well, he loved having lead-free walks in the field in front on the house. We loved the atmosphere in the lounge room on the upper floor with balcony and the stunning sea views while having a chat with Barry and other guests. It's a true gem in the Broadstairs-Margate area. We would love to come again. Highly recommended.

It goes above and beyond re: hospitality.

Two types of power showers - modern clean bathroom offering toiletries including make up remover items for ladies.
I would highly recommend it and would not hesitate to return.

United KingdomVery friendly and detailed instructions emailed a few hours prior to arrival. Very clean and tidy and clearly cared for. Area felt very safe with car parking right outside bedroom window. 3 adults and a 17 year old, we only stayed for one night prior to a 5am euro tunnel crossing but would've been quite happy staying for longer if we'd have been on holiday. Quiet area and very comfortable accommodation- very versatile, with a (huge) double bed, a double pull out sofa and several other chairs/sofas.

Beautiful spacious modern apartment, great facilities and in an amazing location complete with underground parking and beautiful balcony complete with seaview. The hosts were very helpful and communicated all the required information ahead of our stay and checked to make sure all was ok.

This is an excellent 2 bed property with on street parking for your stay.
The host provides excellent instructions and is in hand if you need anything. The apartment is immaculate and very well decorated. Generous sized rooms and the patio/garden is a lovely bonus.

Very close to everything - walking distance to train if this is how you travel … please note car park the street before accommodation - secure … 24 visit us 10 pound which we were happy with or if you are lucky there is street parking .. Hand snd body cream smell lovely!!!!

The host was attentive and checked in with us during our stay. The apartment is close to a large Aldi (a budget supermarket) and has a kitchen with oil, pans, knives, fridge -- making homemade dinner an option. There are lots of free street parking nearby, and it's a 5-10 minute walk to Margate beach through some indie shops. We used the apartment as a base to go to other nearby beaches. We also appreciated the new state of decoration, new kitchen and cleanliness. They also have Netflix and a new, wall-mounted TV.
