Friendly and helpful staff and the leisure area was amazing!

Very nice view from the Lounge. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for 3 adults with 3 twin beds and a nice bathroom with a skylight. Convenient place to have dinner and drinks. Only 5 min drive to Ben Nevis visitor center.

We loved this hotel, while a few complained it was "dated" we thought the decor added to it's appeal-like visiting an older relative's comfy home. All the staff were top notch in service and friendliness. Also, a great value!

The owners were so welcoming. We had the best time in the evening with the staff and other travelers. The room was small but clean. Beds comfortable. Meals very good. The hotel is a little off the beaten path . I'd stay again!

Everything was clean and in a good condition. The staff was extremly friendly and helpfull with every issue we had. They also had a lot of tips and tricks, for hicks in the Neigbourhood.

Very Modern Facilities, Great location

A cheap place in a nice mountain area. The rooms are clean, the socket extension is nice. There are plenty of spacious bathrooms available.

Basic but functional room, neat and tidy. Ample parking. Excellent restaurant on site.

Close to town and great welcome by kind staff

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The location was pretty close to the high street which was convenient. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Really nice guesthouse, 15 min walking to Fort William. Very nice room with complimentary coffee, tea and morning porridge. The owner is wonderful and very helpful. very easy parking, in front of the guesthouse. We really enjoyed the stay.

The location is brilliant- right in the middle of the main street in Fr William, close to many pubs, grocery and other shopping, and the rail station. Excellent binder with instructions for TV and appliances and a parking pass.

The location was absolutely perfect, couldn't have been better situated. We loved how spacious the flat was, and how many small things made a big difference. Having a washing machine, a very cool bluetooth speaker bathroom mirror, a heated drying rack, turn and tilt windows, etc, were all huge plusses for us.

Great apartment in the middle of the town. Restaurants and stores are around the corner. The apartment is very clean and has much space. A parking permit for one car is included
