The receptionist was so friendly at check in. Bed was super comfortable and the room had everything we needed, including shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, tea/coffee facilities etc. Great place.

Very conveniently located for my purposes. Very professional and courteous staff. Very cozy and quiet with comfortable beds and very nice duvet and linens. I found if you prepay for the breakfast the night before at or as you check in instead of when you book or just before breakfast, it's saves you money and the breakfast is worth what they charge.

Staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. Especially reception staff that helped with a number of requests and made us feel so welcome. Fantastic hotel

Kesgrave Hall is a wonderful experience, an oasis hidden away on the edge of Ipswich. It’s an old building that has been tastefully modernized and is very comfortable. Excellent dinner and lunch menus accompany a delicious breakfast for guests, and it sits in beautiful grounds that you can stroll around. Well worth the stay!

Great price, spacious bedroom and bathroom, comfy bed, large TV

The hotel and room was really clean. The bed was amazing, and so comfortable. The bathroom had a window which I prefer. (I have a phobia when it comes to bathrooms). Situated perfectly for getting the bus into Ipswich town centre or walking 10 mins to my daughters house. Will definitely be booking again.

Had a fantastic night here. I've been before but the place seemed to have been decorated since my last visit and the room was smarter with a lovely shower too. The food in the restaurant was delicious as was the breakfast. The Jacuzzi was deliciously hot too!

The Manager ot owner was extremely helpful, a. O. He provided me with advice and handed over painkiller and more to cure my injure ankle. Great Person who deserves all my compliments and appreciation!

Lovely place, so friendly and homey. I love the idea with the artist themed rooms.

Location close to city centre. Equipment for food preparation. Warm during a cold snap without us having to adjust heating. Comfortable.

We booked this property at short notice having been let down by another provider. Michael (the host) who manages this cottage on behalf of the owner was extremely helpful through out our stay, responding quickly to any questions or queries we had. The central location is excellent for access to a wide range of restaurants, bars and pubs, as well as all of the great shops in Ipswich. The property itself is cleaned to a good standard and reasonably equipped in terms of plates/cutlery/cooking equipment.
