Property was amazing! Better than expected! We had a very restful sleep, and a delicious breakfast was delivered to our door in the morning before we set off for our adventure that day. Would have loved to stay another night if time allowed.

What an amazing location, what a lovely hotel, what wonderful dining. This is a really special place. There is so much to do around the area, ie walking, animal and bird watching. The hotel is set in a peaceful setting and the staff are the best.

Loved the decorations, the wood stove, and the comfortable beds! The communications were great. We appreciated the thoughtful treats upon arrival! Hospitality was excellent. The kitchen was a bit narrow but perfectly functional. Some cookware needed a thorough cleaning. I mentioned it to the host, who accepted responsibilities and was very graceful. The building is traditional and beautiful. We only stayed one night in December. Would go back and would recommend it to anyone.
