Corrie Apartment is surrounded by mountains, woodland and beautiful gardens, the perfect retreat for exploring the Scottish Highlands. Please see our website kinlochlaichhouse com for more details on recommended days out and local restaurants. Linnhe is dog-friendly for up to one well-behaved dog. There is no charge but you must let me know about your dog in advance of your stay. Corrie is one of three characterful apartments within the historic Kinlochlaich House surrounded by gardens and looking over Loch Linnhe to the mountains of Morvern and the famous Castle Stalker. Corrie Apartment is a studio apartment on the ground floor. It sleeps two in a kingsize bed. There is a spacious well-equipped kitchen with cooking and dining areas, and a combined sleeping and living area. The spectacular wildlife at Kinlochlaich make it perfect for nature lovers, photographers and artists. Enjoy a drink in the garden watching the many species of bird - from goldcrests to eagles - that visit or live in the grounds. Deer can usually be seen (and in autumn heard!), and you might be lucky to see Red Squirrels in the tops of our ancient oaks. Otters, pine martens, seals and dolphins are also found very close by. There is fabulous cycling and walking right on the doorstep. One small dog is welcome if requested in advance.

Kinlochlaich is conveniently located, lying between Fort William and Ben Nevis in the Lochaber area, known as the ’Outdoor Capital of the UK’, and the popular town of Oban, the ’Seafood Capital of Scotland’ and ’Gateway to the Isles’. Why not wander down to experience the sunset looking across to Castle Stalker and the beautiful island of Lismore, once a centre of Celtic Christianity. There are fabulous restaurants, cafés and pubs nearby, serving good, local food, and the lovely village of Port Appin has a village shop 10 minutes away. The grandeur of Glencoe, with its stunning scenery, popular walks and climbs, is just on the doorstep. The Sustrans bicycle track is minutes away and we have secure cycle storage facilities. The whole area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering climbing, watersports, skiing, golf, pony trekking and archery nearby. Creran Apartment can be booked with Corrie Apartment and Linnhe Apartment to accommodate 12 guests.
