The location was great, beautiful view of the bay, close to the center but not in it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vibe of the hostel and amenities exceeded our expectations.

Everything! Its the Rolls-Royce of the hostels! Clean cool rooms, comfy mattresses, good pillows, Aircon, absolutely spotless bathrooms, swim pool, a bar and a restaurant... This place is made to make you stay and don't go out! I've been to over 250 hostels in my adventures and this one is in my top 5.

We loved the serenity and the very friendly and accommodating staff. The location was perfect for us with only a 30 minute walk in to town. It was so convenient to book our snorkeling trips with Wet Frog diving company which is on the premises. Very comfortable bed with spacious room.

The hotel is a gem at Labuan Bajo. Clean, friendly and efficient staff, great breakfast, impressive pools and relaxing atmosphere.

The room was very clean and spacious, it was modern and very well taken care of.

Nice hotel, good facilities. one of the best in Labuan Bajo if you re looking for a good service and great infrastructure. Crown Plaza has amazing standard. they are really professional and the quality of the service is top. good bathroom and great shower. The concierge is great and they can drive you everywhere so very practical. you can also rent some scooter for a pretty cheap price.

Nice place to stay many nights, is quite hiden but in 2 minuted you get the main road with all the offices, restaurants and services.

The place was so close to the airport 17min walk close to activity like visiting Komodo island and the staff especially Angelina and some who provided packed breakfast in early morning when asked so friendly and warm smile Angelina helped well with check in and any need a we had and so polite to do so . Thank you so much . Hope to visit again soon .

Everything !! Such a nice attention, is a new hostel and the beds are extremly comfortables, the breakfast was humble bus nice, they cook for you if depends of what do you want. They are trying to do their best, they have all the positive vibes with the travelers, i really apreciated it

I had a perfect stay here: comfy bed and AC. It is so clean that they do proper cleaning regularly. The owner family is so sweet! The common area is super relaxing.

It was a very handy place, with a free shuttle to town and airport, available just texting th. Staff was really helpful with everything we needed, and they even let us have a shower after the check-out time. Great value for money.

Friendly staff, clean room with nice view and decent breakfast

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! My door wouldn't shut from the outside unless I scanned my keycard a second time to trigger the lock. The TV in my room was smashed. I don't think that the AC worked, there may have been what I think was blood on the wall, the toilet didn't have a top lid, the room looked like it was still under construction, and for some odd reason there were children hanging around in the common areas; girls from 7-14 years old at the front desk, and boys 14 to 20 upstairs where the rooms are. I checked in for 8 days and only stayed 2. And the staff gave me issues about the payment that I made, and the refund of 6 days. As if basic math was out the door! I thought I lost my credit card there (I didn't) but after messaging the property to ask I only got a request for a review as a response.

Great location, family house ... Really nice welcome and beautiful conversation. I saw some comments about the shared toilets , there are only three or four rooms. Everything smooth You need to activate the water but really isn't problem. They helped me to go to the airport. I recommend if you like to support local places
