Free transfer from terminal 3 to terminal 2. Room was clean and the view was amazing as you're so close to all the planes. O highly recommend this hotel after a long flight to have some rest before you continue your journey. They serve a good breakfast with fresh fruits.

The breakfast buffet is great, the upstairs cafe is nice for cocktails and a smaller more personal meal option, and the outdoor pool area is perfect for relaxing, visiting, cooling off, and having a drink. The distance from the airport is short but the hotel feels far away and is quiet and maintains a beautiful environment. The work out gym is especially helpful for recovering from long plane rides and jetlag.

My second time staying here. Great service as always. One thing to add - even though the breakfast starts at 2:30am, because we had to leave earlier than this, they prepared a takeaway bag for us, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.

It was in a convenient spot for the airport and the service for the shuttle bus was very efficient Breakfast was delicious

The location was very convenient from the aiport, its just 15-20 away from the airport, the room was great and the staffs were really amazing.

Pick up & drop off from Jakarta Airport (including the package) The driver was so nice and smooth check in and check out. The staff was so friendly. The bed and pillows were so comfortable.

The room was very very very small. You should have more options for rooms.. not everyone can stay in a small place

Very near to international Airport

Breakfast spread was very good. Unique fresh honeycomb I have never seen in any hotel in travelling around the world many times in 30 years & it was nice to enjoy a few times during stay.

Love this place, would definitely stay again if passing through Jakarta. Bed was so comfortable and bathroom was clean and well designed. Food at the restaurant is great and the staff are very accommodating.
