It’s 2 minutes by walk to an amazing restaurant recommended by the owner. There was an elevator. Owners were super responsive.

The staff is very, very friendly and helpful. Quiet, clean and very pleasant place to stay. You have out and underground parking. During our stay we visited Livorno, Pisa, Lucca and Cinque Terre. We made a very good choice with this hotel!

Very good breakfast, great location right next to Livorno. After sightseeing, you can return to a very quiet place and relax by the pool. The room is equipped with great air conditioning.
The hostess was very nice, helpful and gave advice about tourist attractions in Tuscany. She personally prepared the entire sightseeing plan for me during our stay :) A quiet, safe place, fenced on all sides with a private parking lot.

Centric location close to the port terminal. The hotel has a spacious parking lot with an EV charger. The parking cost is 18 EUR. Gentleman at the drive in area was very pleasant and suggested us a good place for dinner.
