The room&hotel were very nice and clean, lovely garden, very friendly and helpful staff, had dinner twice at the restaurant there and the food and service were very good. The bus to Venice is vis-a-vis the hotel(around 20min ride)

From the moment you drive through the gate, this hotel gives a feeling of being very special. The grounds are immaculate ad the building is imposing. This is just what luxury looks like.

We had an excellent stay. The host was very kind and made the entire process seamless, with easy and smooth check-in and check-out. The apartment is very new, modern, and exceptionally clean. It is fully equipped with all amenities, making it very comfortable for our stay. Everything was well organized and exceeded expectations. The property was clean and comfortable. It’s centrally located in Spinea, so it was easy to walk to the market, cafes, and restaurants

Super nice place, had everything we needed. We arrived early and it was raining so we were able to check in early. Private parking was provided. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had all we needed even coffee. Magdalena was super helpful and gave us many suggestions about the area. The bus to Venice 5 min from the apartment. Quite a few restaurants and cafes are within walking distance too - we liked a lot the pizza place the closest. Highly recommend!
