EVERYTHING! It was perfection, heaven on earth. The views were outstanding, the room you couldn’t improve on: beautiful, cozy, ultimate cleanliness, attention to details, beautiful linens and the bed was so confortable. The property is spotless even though animals roam free. The food succulent and the staff so courteous and attentive.

Perfect location, centric and close to attractions ssuch as LaRocca and Villad'Este. Room was spacious and with a balcony, and there was a kitchen available. Bathroom was very clean. Recommend it for short stays.

Great location with an excellent restaurant

The location is very convenient and makes it easy to get around. It’s also just a short walk from the parking area. The apartment is modern and everything feels new and well maintained. There is plenty of space for a family of four. You also get a nice sense of staying in a historic building, which adds to the authentic local experience.

The Villa is in a nice rural location. There are plenty of parking spots on the property. The room is on top of a restaurant, but it was not very busy, so there was not much noise.

I liked everything, the breakfast, the room, the environment. The staff were fantastic and very polite. The clean in the room is fantastic. The restaurant is amazing and they have a lot of options and you will not regret if you take one night to have dinner there.

Nice room, well furnished and had everything we needed. Decent breakfast and helpful host. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout and got them back later to continue visiting the city before catching the train.

The room was finished to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean and lots of toiletries included. Pretty cool coffee machine and a complimentary mini bar. Shower was unreal and a hot tub bath in the bedroom was great fun. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of towels and dressing robe included. Breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs. Location is very central to everything and the area felt very secure. The key system was very secure . Check in staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel and Tivoli as a holiday destination.

The family that run the appartment and the restaurant are very kind and helpful. The place was super clean and modern. We also had a delicious lunch at their restaurant.

Our host Guido was SO helpful. We needed to extend an extra day and he was able to arrange it. In addition we needed help finding the right place to be in Rome and Guido went out of his way to help us find everything we needed. We can't say enough GOOD THINGS about this host!! Anyone who stays at Top Floor Apartment will be well taken care of.

We highly recommend Casa al Trevio apartment in Tivoli. It is fully stocked with all your needs for a stay in the historical center of beautiful Tivoli. In addition, Pietro, the host, is great at providing recommendations on all things Tivoli including great restaurants, tourist sites, parking options, and of course the best gelaterias. Would stay here again if/when we return to Tivoli.

The owners of the property gave me precise instructions on how to get to the property and were there upon my arrival to greet me. The unit was new and clean and was located conveniently to the center of Tivoli in other facilities that I needed. The owners gave me recommended attractions and restaurants to consider and were available for any questions I had. They went beyond to make my stay comfortable.

The suite in Residenza Carlandi Tivoli is spectacular. You feel like and are treated like royalty. Macro is a wonderful, helpful, kind host who goes above and beyond to ensure you have a relaxing stay. The suite is stunning with a magnificent painted bedroom ceiling that you cannot help but stare at. The suite is spacious with plenty of room to relax in the living / dining room, the bedroom is a masterpiece from the painted ceiling to the tiled floor and the bathroom is better than most 5 star hotels we've stayed in with a double entry shower, bidet etc. The suite has been owned by Marco's family for around 200 years and the love, care and attention given to the accomodation and it's guests is above and beyond our greatest expectations. We had a medical hiccup whilst in Tivoli and Macro was there to help and guide us through our problems. He significantly reduced the stress levels by being there to assist whenever, and however needed. We cannot praise Macro and his wife enough. if you're in Tivoli you must stay in Residenza Carlandi. We highly recommend it and will undoubtedly return. Tivoli as a tourist destination is absolutely magnificent and well worth staying at least 3 days to absorb all it offers.
