Super convenient apartment for family of 3 persons. Good location: farma, closest to cafe, supermarket and even outlet!

Just minutes from the airport. The bus shuttle service we added to our stay made it super easy to get to and from the airport. The staff also went the extra mile driving us to a restaurant and waiting for us as we ordered our take away pizza before driving back to the hotel. The property is very nice, clean and enjoyable. It has all a family needs for a pleasant stay, including freedom to use a kitchen for all children needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and makes it a point to always make extra sure customers have all they need to enjoy their stay.

Residenze Serventi Longhi is a gem in Rome. We arrived at around 11am after disembark from our cruise boat on a very hot summer day. Matteo met us at the hotel with a big smile and generously let us check in early in a beautiful room #10 already prepared. He told us how everything worked in the hotel and even gave us the door keys so we can leave our four suitcases after checking out. Matteo also sent a list of attraction and restaurant recommendations via WhatsApp. There were cold bottled water in the fridge, and coffee, tea, cookies, and a bottle of wine on the table. So the check-in was really great. Our room was large even by American standards and had a beautiful view of Porta San Giovanni (16th century), a gate in the Aurelian Wall (3rd century) with the grand Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano (oldest basilica in the western world) high over the wall. The room had a large bathroom and the best shower. The air conditioning worked very well in the heatwave. The pretty marble and wood interior building was secure with a couple layers of locked doors. The location of the Residenze is great. Close to all the major sites and public transports. San Giovani metro station was just under our widow, and another station two minutes walk away with an elevator entrance. We came with a taxi but left for the airport using the metro and train, all went pretty smoothly. Google will give you the exact instructions. The area is safe with a good mixture of locals and tourists. It has many good restaurants within a few minutes walking. It is a 15mins walk to the Colosseum (will pass the tallest Egyptian obelisk in Rome, carved during the 15th century BC for Pharaohs Thutmose III and Thutmose IV). We walked to the Colosseum after 8PM and walked to sites and plazas till midnight and took the bus back, and it was easy and safe. Definitely will stay again when we are in Rome.

It was actually a transit for a (full) day in Rome. Instead of booking a hotel near FCO which was more expensive than this room rate, and not forget about the expensive fare for airport pick up+ drop off. I was extremely happy and satisfied with my last night staying in Rome. Such a beautiful fine hotel, the room is super clean, there is a garden in the property where I could do my exercise in the morning then head to hotel breakfast, warm and helpful hotel staff. The location looks far from FCO but it is actually very convenient to get there. If you travel light, just take the Leonardo Express direct train from FCO (€15) to Roma termini, hop on Bus 82 right in front of the termini, and a short walking distance you will reach the hotel. If you travel with big luggage bags, I chose to ride the taxi/uber from the hotel to Roma termini to the airport the next day. The taxi ride cost me €15.50. As for last night in Rome, I was happy l could enjoy a nice Cacciò e Peppe and delicious pizza at Mamma Pizza by just walking distance before leaving Italia.

I was happy to be able to prepare my own breakfast, but there was a cafe nearby where we bought some delicious pistacchio croissants... We enjoyed our stay a lot. Perfect for chilling around as well.
