The hotel is very close to Shin Yokohama station so it's an easy few minutes walk. The beds were slightly less firm than our other hotels and the pillows much softer so that was great after 3 weeks of very firm beds and pillows. The room was one of the biggest we stayed in, so much easier to open our two suitcases and, as was the case in all our hotels, it was spotlessly clean. All in all very comfortable.

It had everything I wanted and a huge bathtub. its location is awesome

The main reason why I came back is the Onsen : small but last flor. So it’s pretty cool to enjoy an onsen by night with the moon!

This hotel was outstanding. Everything is new and well maintained. The location is great—directly across from the stadium, next to the train station, and close to Chinatown. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff was amazing, and the room was perfect: clean, modern, and equipped with plenty of amenities. The breakfast was excellent as well. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

It's great location was perfect for families spending vacation in Yokohama. The breakfast was delicious. It's also affordable. I was glad we could bring our food to our room since the dining (also used as waiting area) could get crowded easily during breakfast. The staff were nice and approachable. I forgot to bring my charger, and they handed one for me to use. Also, this hotel offers different set of breakfast every day.

The breakfast was good. Staff spoke english and was very friendly. Room was the standard type for what I've seen around Tokyo. About a 10 min walk from the metro station

Absolutely love the modern room designs! They were spacious and comfortable! The security measures with the key card for the elevator is a plus! I felt safe. The convenience store was very convenient! Loved that the hotel was close to many attractions, and the train station! This hotel is very affordable and perfect for a great vacation! 10/10

Room was non-smoking, with air purifier/humidifier, Network port in addition to Wi-fi, Network cable 5e, multiple connectors phone charger. Convenient location to Kannai stn, Chinatown, Koreatown, Yokohama stadium and more.

We loved the Japanese style decor, the Japanese style room, and the bathroom!

It was super close to everything & there was a Luup nearby so I could just go anywhere.
