Hotels with Parking in Puerto Aventuras

We stayed only 3 nights with 3 teenage/young adult aged children. The staff and service were excellent. The resort is massive, with multiple beach fronts, pool areas, a water park, numerous restaurants and facilities. Coupled with the nightly entertainment shows, I almost felt like I was on a cruise ship with so many options of things to do. We really enjoyed renting the snorkeling and kayaks each day. If you swim closer to the hut on the left side of the beach and along the safety net, all of the fish like to hang around there. I thought the beaches would feel too crowded because they looked small in the photos, but if you wake up early to get your spot, or rent a cabana, you're golden. We also did an eco bike tour around the property and enjoyed seeing the different animals. If you go on the street/path behind the convention center, you may be lucky to see the monkeys as we did! We rented the double-room, which were 2 rooms connected by a door. Once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to see a private staircase leading up to a massive top floor private veranda with a jacuzzi hot tub and another washroom. The hot tub holds it's heat well so you can fill it up earlier and come back later to enjoy. I'd recommend bringing some bubble bath from home as this isn't available there. Hammocks on each balcony are a nice touch! You have to reserve the nicer restaurants. The Zen teppanyaki show was a lot of fun. We were able to reserve the restaurants we wanted. The buffets were great and a great option if you didn't get reservations at the other restaurants. Lots of food stands to pick at pool side during the day and great waiter service on the beach and pool-side. If you have young kids, they'd probably love the free water park. Lots of slides, we tried a few. There's even a bar and sitting area in the water park. Vibe City is mostly extra fee for activities such as bowling and laser tag.

Best snorkeling in this little bay and truly the best kept secret of the Riviera Maya. Beautiful healthy coral and lots of fish. The reef is around 100m from shore and very safe to swim here. Great food and amazing people, we are definitely coming back again.

the grounds are laid out perfectly, the pools are magnificent, the beach was awesome, the food was excellent and the staff was very helpful. the ability to visit other resorts on the campus was a great added touch. We would definitely return to this resort.

Location was ideal for me / Maria provided everything needed to help me find what I wanted to do and could not have been more pleasant. Breakfast of many fresh fruits, yoghurt and muesli mix, home made bread toasted and house jams, tea coffee fresh juice was wonderful and healthy too. And on request an excellent spanish style omelette was provided. One day Maria kindly provided breakfast as a light lunch as I had an early trip out to explore. I was able to get online easily and did (shame) work for some hours. Very comfortable, excellent shower and toiletries and nice towels.

The neighborhood is very nice and ideally located close to everything, whether walking or renting a golf cart, everything is pretty close by.

Beautiful location! Only a few minutes aways from the beach and from Puerto Aventuras center town with shops and restaurants. Breathtaking view from balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee every day!
