We loved the food, the friendly staff at the restaurants and reception.

We stayed at the Platinum Sunset and it was clean, new and beautiful.

The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and the host at the front desk was helpful and nice 🙂

Looooved the property it was an amazing stay ! The waterpark was so fun for the kids the pools the service was awesome ! The restaurants were delicious ! The Mexican buffet was by far a fav ! The night was was great b super family friendly and great for adults !

The location was perfect, close to the bus station and surrounding activities.

I loved the palm-lined beach and the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were very cozy, the entire property was spotless, and there was plenty of greenery between the guest buildings, which made it feel private and relaxing. Seeing animals living on the property was a lovely bonus.

The staff was amazing, very warm and flexible. The bed huge and comfortable. The location was excellent. A nice cozy hotel. No noise, you can sleep but still close to the 5th avenue.

It’s a really good profe for its location, and also the facilities were okay, the receptionist wasn’t that nice.

Went during the world cup and the vive was lite with daily events

I have stayed at this location on previous trips. Everything was as expected. Clean, hot water and awesome staff. No breakfast but coffee is provided most times. Only a half a block from 'Palicio Municipal' where many festival activities occur. I recommend this location.

Very surprised about the accommodation, great room, great location, all the staff were very friendly and helpfully. We extended one night because we loved playa del Carmen but also because we loved this place.
