Location was great could walk to dinner.

Very cozy little guest house complete with a bedroom and living area. Elaine, our host is a good communicator. She needed to leave so we never met her, but she kept us informed and we were able to successfully follow her instructions and get in. The laundry was such a wonderful gift mid-trip. we used the washer to wash our clothes then hung them on the line to dry. By dark they were ready to bring in and repack. The refrigerator was packed with everything we needed to make breakfast including some thoughtful chocolates. The room was super quiet. We are walking the central otago rail trail and her home is strategically placed just at the beginning of the trail.

Great location, right behind Bike it Bow bike shop. I needed to get a new tire. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Very clean and felt luxurious!

Location was excellent, right downtown in historic Clyde. Owners’ daughter was lovely, and very helpful with travel advice.

Simply wow. A beautiful place to stay for easy access to bike trails. You will fall in love with this place I’m sure.

This is the nicest place we stayed on our 3 week trip to South Island of New Zealand. It is brand new beautifully remodeled home and felt like a home away from home. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were great. The bathroom shower was very nice and it had a great kitchen and living room space as well as an outdoor patio. It is within walking distance of the main town and good restaurants. We loved renting bikes and exploring the ride from Clyde to Alexandra on the rail trail and river track. The host was great at communication and I can't rate this place high enough. The price was great as well. I wish we had more time there.

Great location. Secure front yard, for bike storage. The bed was very comfortable, and the place was very well appointed, with a small but lovely bathroom. The location was a short distance to both the town centre restaurants, as well as the start of the rail trail bike ride. An easy walk to both, but obviously having bikes, we rode to dinner.

A wonderful stay – again! This was my second visit to the cottage, and it was just as fantastic as the first time. Everything about the place feels cosy and warm, making it a perfect retreat. The location is spot-on – peaceful yet convenient – and the hosts are truly welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. One of the real highlights is the breakfast – a massive bonus that sets this place apart. It’s clear a lot of care and thought goes into every detail, and it shows. I’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

The cozy corner was convenient to town. The owners were so nice and accommodating. Great kitchen that had everything you would need and the dining area was suitable for meals. It was perfect for our family of 4.

No breakfast on-site but plenty of options in close proximity. Central to what we were travelling to experience. Comfortable well presented accommodation with extra touches. Did not disappoint.
