Charming. We were greeted by the sheep and peacocks. Extraordinary night sky. I only wish we’d plan to stay several days with day trips to explore the area. We will be back if ever in the area again.

Perfect for Cyclists and Motorcyclists. Can easily accommodate groups. The included breakfast was great. I also had a terrific dinner at the pub opposite. They are beside the Rail trail for cyclists.

A wonderful stay – again! This was my second visit to the cottage, and it was just as fantastic as the first time. Everything about the place feels cosy and warm, making it a perfect retreat. The location is spot-on – peaceful yet convenient – and the hosts are truly welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. One of the real highlights is the breakfast – a massive bonus that sets this place apart. It’s clear a lot of care and thought goes into every detail, and it shows. I’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommended!
