*The honest store—for convenience,if you forgot to bring water, though it’s ok since we didn’t expect much for it’s price point (1500-1600 walk in, got it even cheaper because of discounts and maybe because we booked late at 8pm)
*Having all cooking and some cleaning stuff available. plus the food available in their honest store. They might as well add toiletries (soaps,shampoo,toothpaste,conditioner), though 7/11 is just a few minutes away from the building.
*Car parking near the building (first come first serve-w/ a small fee.)
