We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The suite was beautiful and the common areas very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Delfina who checked us in and served us breakfast was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was extensive. We look forward to staying next time.

We love Tivoli Hotels and were so happy to stay at the Kopke! Exceptional service, caring staff, beautiful accommodations and great location. We had the best view from our room. Close to the Port houses, downtown restaurants and a lovely walk to Porto ( also take a cable car for the views). But honesty- the best of everything was right at this hotel. Do not miss the spa!!! The views and treatments both! Breakfast, dinner, the bar and the staff, room service … All lovely! We also enjoyed are delicious welcome port, kind note and traditional pastel de nata Special shout out to Pia and Francisca for getting medical help and running to the pharmacy when my husband injured his back. We felt very cared for and were in good hands. Book your stay here! You won’t be sorry!

Very nice and comfortable apartment,with all the facilities needed, and a TV screen in every room. The apartment is within a walking distance (15 minutes) to the Vila Nova De Gaia promenade which is beautiful, and a fantastic starting point to visit the city center. There are supermarket and pharmacy nearby also. Good value for. Money.

The location is perfect to visit Porto: the city center, the Ribeira and the Beira Rio area at easy walking distance. Well connected to trams and bus (the tram stop is right in front of the location). The host, Ana, is really kind and likes to give tips that are super useful for your staying in Porto. Recommended.

The apartment is extremely well located in Vila Nova de Gaia, a short walk to Porto. Our unit had a fantastic view of Porto from an outdoor terrace. There was also a well-equipped shared kitchen and living room (on our stay, we were the only ones there). Also, the associated parking was a major plus. Definitely recommend!

We stayed here two nights before returning back to UK after a month in Portugal hiking. We had suite C which was big, comfortable, views of the grounds. The staff were extremely kind, and its central to accessing cafe, shops, and sights. but so much quieter than the south of the Douro, much nicer. We will certainly choose to stay here again.
