The hotel and surroundings were very clean, hallways were spotless and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was DREAMY! The place was brimming with life and beautiful people, we're lesbians and we saw another lesbian couple eating in another table, we felt welcomed! So LGBT friendly and people of all races and ethnicities, it was lovely!!

Super friendly staff! Simple check in , right across the street from a mini mart if you want snacks or whatever later on, other food places pretty close.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is nice and there is something for everyone. Rooms are comfy and well kept.

The night shift that assisted us at check-in was a bit rude in their attitude and the way they provided information when asked, very different from the morning shift we saw the next day, who greeted us cheerfully and gave a much friendlier service.

The hotel was quiet both on the outside and inside. Was scared we would hear airplanes from the airport but didn't. Staff was very nice and our room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the fantastic view from the 15th floor, great facilities and overall brilliant suite. Breakfast - great variety, delicious, plenty of space to eat! Yummy waffles! We arrived very early and checked in at 9:30am, although check in typically starts at 3pm, so it was very kind.

Great location for our event at the Crystal Tea Room. Clean room, friendly staff, comfy bed. And bonus- the lotion smells divine.

The location was great! We took the airport train, which has a stop only a few blocks away from Roost. Made it super simple. I also love that the desk was manned 24 hours / day, so we could drop our luggage before check-in. It had the feeling of an AirBnB, with the benefits of a hotel stay.

The staff are excellent, and the facilities were exactly as described.

I liked the complimentary coffee, the Christmas party, and having a kitchen and a washing machine in our room.

The rooms were cleaned daily. The front desk staff were great! They went above and beyond for our check-in and providing options for things to do in the city over the long holiday weekend.

From the minute I parked my car in the hotel garage until checked out I encountered professional and polite staff. A special mention to the garage staff. Due to the Philadelphia marathon the streets were blocked in every direction. My car had to be parked in an overflow lot because the hotel was full. Everyone was attempting to leave at the same time. Even through they were extremely busy a staff member walked me 3 long city blocked at 5:30 am to get my car. That's what great service looks like. I'm impressed.
