The hotel is amazing with an exceptional friendly staff. Parking is Valet and we were treated at registration desk with a glass of champagne. The room are beautifully decorated.

Beautiful location at the beach. Pool to relax at. Delicious food in the restaurant in the hotel. Great service from the guest service attendants to the cleaning crew.

The staff was super nice and the entire hotel was super clean! I had an Airbnb booked with a super host and when I arrived that night, there were bugs and debrief all over the bed pillow. I was panicking and nervous to stay in a hotel because of this and when this happened panicking because it was 11pm and I needed 4 nights in that area. Not easy mid summer time. This staff was above and beyond nice and helpful. There was a guy at the desk, who when I told him I was deaf and didn't have my hearing aids in, he spoke to me in sign language. Although I do not speak sign language (working on it), it was insanely kind of him to connect in this way. Seriously, your staff is awesome.

Everything was new and really clean! The air was fresh. Friendly service and good location.

The staff was incredible and very kind. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Being able to park and hang out as long as we wanted after check out was great. I got to watch the 49ers beat Cleveland and the kids swam and napped. The bonus was the little holiday Faire in the lobby! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chaminade. The location in the forest above Santa Cruz is beautiful and very peaceful, with great views. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a nice patio to relax on. The pool and hot tub area were perfect for our family, and the walking paths around the property were lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed something.

Location, amenities and the restaurant was amazing. Also had a live band Friday and Saturday night.

Every time I stay here, I am pleasantly surprised by the unexpected "upgrade." A couple of stays ago, I was alone and walked in expecting a single room bed. They gave me a two-bedroom room! I didn't even know these existed - or I didn't expect it from this hotel. I didn't even use the room, but that was pretty cool. Also, I needed a wine opener, and the front desk let me borrow one to return whenever. Thanks for the trust! And yes, I returned it. Lastly, I requested a late check-out, and he gave me another hour free of charge. Thelis guy is awesome. The second time I stayed here, I was with a partner, and we were expecting a king-size room. We got a kitchenette with it! Mind blown. Again, I didn't use it, but that's freaking cool that that's an option and an unexpected upgrade. Then, you add that this place has a pool and hot tub for such a great deal!! Maybe I shouldn't be giving this place away by leaving a review... Thanks, Surf City! I'm actually a local and come here for a bit of a staycation, lol.

I absolutely loved our stay!! The lodge was roomy, comfortable, convenient location and super clean. The ladies at the front desk were the best!! The walk to the beach and Boardwalk was easy as can be, and the lodge is next to a large park and playground.

The staff at Casa Blanca have gone above and beyond time and time again. This is my third time staying there and they are exceptional at their jobs. They are so accommodating and ready to help.

location of hotel right next to boardwalk, The Room was Super clean and was as big as a 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, Stove and fridge it was very nice. also the pool and hot tub was great.
