Great location inside Ocean Park. We could easily go to Royal Wave Park, Mega Grand World Hanoi and VinWonders Water Park, then come back to a quiet, warm room.

The staff was the best part of our stay. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We forgot some belongings, and they helped arrange to send them back to us. When we needed ice, they even helped buy it for us. We also needed decorations, and they helped us find a supplier. The host was also willing to provide extra mattresses if requested, which was very helpful for our group. Overall, a very nice and caring host — we were very happy with the service. The location is convenient if you plan to visit the Water Park (although the weather was extremely hot, so we could not really take advantage of it). There are not many restaurants nearby, but we found Long Hung – Vua Ca Song Da to be very good. It also seemed that Gà Già Hùng Thúy 5 was good, although we did not have a chance to try it.

My flight landed very late, and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I arrived safely and comfortably. He stayed up until around midnight to ensure I was able to access the property without any issues, called to check that everything was okay, and even asked if there was anything I needed. That level of attentiveness and care really stood out to me. The amenities were excellent, the space was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It’s a perfect option for anyone who wants to unwind outside the main busy areas of the city while still enjoying high-quality facilities. I would absolutely recommend this property for a comfortable and thoughtfully hosted stay.
