The best hotel in Vietnam. The most communicative, helpful and friendly staff. You feel like at home. Any issues (in general there is no issue with this awesome hotel) can be addressed by Ja Cosmo team immediately and effectively. Especially Brian is the key player. He can be helpful in all matters. Michael is amazing guy. They are professionals. I recommend to take tour by Ja Cosmo as well. Worth every penny. My next stay in Ha Noi is gonna be at Ja Cosmo surely.

Fantastic stay — early check-in, great staff, and lovely extras! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was great from start to finish. They kindly allowed us an early check-in free of charge, and the team was always accommodating and ready to help. Breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes to choose from. A special bonus was the afternoon snack — complimentary fruits, tea, and sweets for all guests, which was a very pleasant surprise. I would like to commend the entire staff, and especially Luna, Grace, and Frank for their outstanding service. Although there’s a construction site nearby, they managed to give us a room where we felt comfortable and could relax without disturbance. The location is excellent — close to all the main sights. Highly recommended!

The warm, kind, smiley, helpful staff is the highlight! 🥰 I want to thank Jimmy from the travel information desk; he helped contact Grab Taxi and found the cell phone of my sister, who lost her phone in the Grab taxi. Jimmy also recommended a great Halong Bay cruise tour for us. Other staff, e.g. Violet, and Jenny, are also lovely.
