The peaceful surroundings. Kind staff. The experience was good. My elderly parents loved it as this is just what they needed as a getaway. The location is spectacular with an outlook over some stunning farm lands, with Stanford in the distance. The facilities are amazing, especially the wood fired hot tub and hammock. If your aim is to "get away from it all", this is the place to go! Dead quiet at night with some awesome stargazing on a clear night. There is an indoor as well as outside braai, and all the utensils one needs for a weekend away.
