The host was amazing! Solved every issue immediately. Staff was super friendly. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to. The front desk arranged a driver for the day to take me to places I wouldn't have found on my own. Made reservations for restaurants. I had access to amazing people 24/7. It was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was immaculately clean, the staff was attentive and friendly. Location was spectacular, close to the park, restaurants, bars and metro. Overall a wonder experience and would highly recommend. The apartment was spacious, had incredible views (23rd floor) and had everything we needed.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I incidentally arrived early and that was no problem. They got me checked in and I was able to order a meal on arrival which was excellent. Staff speaks both Spanish and English. Room was comfortable and pleasant. The site is peaceful. Wifi worked great. TV worked great. They were able to shuttle me to the airport late in the night.
