Beautiful little spot on hill on edge of town. Our first trip to Ballarat and definitely won't be last. Would stay at Woodsmans Hill again. Staff were great, swapped upstairs room to a ground level one for us to save my dodgy knee for roaming around the town. Thanks all.

Great place, good location , all good.

Place was Extremely clean . We loved the design and look of the house. Everything looked really new. The beds were clean and comfy. the house had good heating on the beds and there were even electric blankets. Loved the place and 100 percent stay again. And it's close to ballarat Central so makes it easy to travel to the shops.

Was only there for 1 night. The owners were very accomodation, frendly and very helpfull

The small touches make it more a home and are so appreciated but putting on the lights and heater was a lovely touch last night after a longer drive than expected due to Friday peak hr. Cute old cottage that is modern and comfortable inside. Every detail had been thought about. Very comfortable and a lovely little back terrace to sit in.

we loved the cosy cuddle puddle we was able to create on such a cold winter weekend together… such a cosy location not too far from the ballarat cbd or local cafes and pubs… but so quiet and relaxing… we loved our stay

Aesthetically pleasing presentation, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, floor heating, location, good utensils, large shower head.

Nice quiet location entering from Cosmopolitan Lane with own garage with remote roller door. We settled in easily and our gorgeous Groodle Roy loved it. Good heating throughout with very comfotable queen bed and modern bathroom upstairs. Everything supplied in the kitchen. We didn't want to leave and in fact extended an extra night.

Great communication with host. Warm and welcoming home. Great setup. Nice little court yard to chill out in or cook a BBQ. Easy to book, easy to gain access to keys. Will definitely stay again

Great house for a large family with adult children. Comfy beds and pleasant surroundings. Just around the corner from Ballarat Wildlife Park and Eureka Stockade. Amazing gardens and covered outdoor deck suitable for changeable Ballarat weather. Hot one day cold the next. Well stocked kitchen with useful items to cook and prepare for family gathering.

Everything was amazing, fresh, clean and modern. We enjoyed every moment
