Enjoy the peace and tranquility of this unique and secluded property only minutes from Ballarat CBD. Surrounded by nature and spectacular views, it offers a comfortable home from home and convenient bolt hole from the bustle of the city. Situated at the end of a private court, only 5 min walk to No 14 bus stop/ 5 min drive to CBD. Close to everything and yet so quiet! This property also offers a separate sitting room/office with desk & two outdoor covered searing areas to enjoy the serenity!
