The room was in excellent condition. Access to the hotel was easy and it was very central and close to everything.

It was strategically located near town center but on a quite street that allowed for a quite and peaceful stay. The place was clean and comfortable and we had an awesome stay.

Everything was very clean and organised! Very well equipped and cosy. Quiet location and close to everything. The manager was always very quick to respond and very attentive. We loved the surprise of the treasure chest, a very sweet gesture. We'll definitely be back!

Comfortable, clean, cosy and perfect for a big group

What a pleasant surprise to find this gem. It’s hard to describe all the wonderful interior elements, such as the mid-century furniture and lovely touches of antiques. There were nice touches of art work too, and in fact, I felt like I was visiting an antique store. The location is perfect, so close to the stores and shops and Mountain Culture Brewery which is across the street. I can’t forget the garden with fresh herbs and lime tree which we used to cook with. The kitchen amenities were the best I’ve seen, it was like they knew I was coming. Beds and bedding was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. My favorite part was the inside porch nook which was a perfect reading spot and bird watching. Thanks for the binoculars!

To coin a phrase, it was "Absolutely Fabulous"! The cottage was so lovely and the mixture of old and new was so clever. The furniture took us back to thinking who would have stayed here at the beginning and the amostphere in the house was so peaceful. Loved the original fireplaces and chimneys. Also the little touches everywhere like small vases of real flowers around. The garden was also lovely , the lavender bushes spectacular. Could not be better

The location is just 5 mins to Three Sisters and city centre. There's a lap pool walking distance from the property. It was called Smart Retreat for its set up with smart technology which is most suitable for those holidaying and feel lazy all day. Serene place with amazing garden and garden lights

Great location. Nicely decorated, spacious house and backyard. Stunning views from the balcony!!! Lots and lots of birds. Love that there are common areas both upstairs and downstairs. Beds are comfortable. The complimentary wine is very thoughtful. The owners are helpful and responsive.

Great location and layout! Nice back deck for leisure. Good basic supplies and information. Quality TV for those rainy, cold days
