We had an amazing experience staying in two adjacent villas, both of which were pristine and well-maintained. The breakfast was truly delightful, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. ​Potential guests should note there is currently a construction site nearby; however, it didn't disturb our stay. My only long-term concern is that once the construction is complete, the stunning views of the Pirin Mountains may be partially obstructed for some of the villas.

With modern design, the house is equipped with everything you need. Great warm pool, very kind and responsive host.

Fabulous. Comfy beds. After a few hours at the water spas, we slept great. Spa is world class with zillions of pools and saunas. Three restaurants. Great food. An amazing amount of food choices.

The property was more like a home than a vacation rental. The kitchen is extreme well stocked. The location on the edge of Banya made it quiet with great views of the mountains. The living/dining area is huge. The wooden hot bath was greatly appreciated, especially since the nearby spa hotel did not sell entrance tickets to non guests.

The staff was really nice. The brekfast was amazing.

The guy that hosts the hotel was very kind and helpful. The room was more like an apartment with a kitchen corner and a sofa.

I love the location - 5-minute walk from the bus/train station. The town does not have buses, though there are cabs. I just walked to the hotel with my two suitcases after getting off a bus, and walked to the train station when I departed. It is on a very quiet street. I actually enjoyed walking to the gondola to start my skiing every day. I stored my backpack, my own boots and helmet at the Smart Ski Academy, where I rented skis and poles with great satisfaction. George is very friendly. He upgraded my room to a fantastic suite with everything - two comfortable bedrooms, of which I used only one, a kitchen/dining room, a bathroom, and a refrigerator. The hosts are casual and very accommodating. I wish we could have used a messenger app to communicate because it is a small hotel and the front desk is not always staffed. I will return to this place if I go skiing in Banso again.

We spent only a night over there and it was worth the price overall. It was clean apartment, some things are renewed, some things are outdated. Bed was comfortable and we rested well. That is exactly what we were looking for.
