Nice surroundings. The hotel is in the middle of a forest. It has a pool but it was empty during our stay. They have waited for us until very late. Reasonably clean.

The property has a great location. Just minutes away from the market, railway station, downtown. There is a small supermarket right below the apartment. The apartment is very spacious, clean, it has all possible amenities. The host was really nice, welcoming, easy communication. I recommend this property.

The host was very kind meeting us at the parking lot and helped carry our bags up. He provided great recommendations for dinner. The apartment was great over all, spacious, clean, and well decorated. It felt like home for the short period of time that we spent there. Internet was great too.

Lovely apartment - perfect location. We liked having more space but also using the hotel spa. Breakfast was great, the best I have had at a hotel in Velingrad. Staff were incredibly helpful and there is a very generous checkout time so no rush. You can rent towles for the spa at the hotel.

Great location, clean, comfortable

From end-to-end this spa vacation was the best. The room, facilities, food, staff and location was top notch. The spa services were excellent. They even had a place to recharge our electric car. We will return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and wonderful nature views. The spa area was good – it featured a nice pool and different saunas. The food was excellent – both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

The location was great. Apartment is spacious, very comfortable furniture, and the kitchen has what you need to cook. Internet was also good and the owner was friendly. Easy parking for the car Easy self check in and check out

The location was perfect, within walking distance from the center but nice and quiet, right next to a wonderful forest. The apartment offered everything we needed and the host was extremely accommodating.

Everything was perfect. Excellent location. There is a nice restaurant next to the building. There is a very nice park. Close to the center.
